Join the 10U Regulators!

Our mission is to identify and develop potential 10U C softball athletes through elite training, advanced instruction, and competitive play, with a strong emphasis on continuous player evolution.

As a first-year program, our focus is on long-term success and development while competing year-round and encouraging athletes to continue recreational play. This team will serve as the foundation of our program, prioritizing player progression, team chemistry, and the ongoing growth of each athlete.

Our staff consists of:

• Head coach
• Two assistant coaches
• Three high school mentorship coaches
• Five-plus LAB Performance Institute athletic trainers

As part of The LAB Performance Institute, we provide a high-performance environment focused on developing stronger, faster, and more confident athletes both physically and mentally. Throughout the year, players will participate in multiple weekly classes designed to build a well-rounded athletic foundation and support long-term development on and off the field.
